The panel will mark the public launch of GAMA’s latest White Paper, Wings of Change: A Strategy for Competitiveness, Innovation, Industry and Investment in Europe’s Sustainable Aviation Sector. It will unpack the paper’s core policy recommendations and provide a platform to highlight both the opportunities and structural challenges Europe faces in deploying sustainable aviation technologies at scale. In particular, the discussion would explore how to strengthen funding frameworks beyond R&D into industrialisation, secure and develop critical supply chains, and ensure a supportive regulatory environment, including equipping EASA with the resources needed to act efficiently and effectively.

Moderator:

  • Peter Marton (Director European Government Affairs | General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA))

  • Markus Kochs-Kämper (Chief Technical Officer | Vaeridion GmbH )
