With the e-flight-expo, AERO Friedrichshafen launched the world's first exhibition for electric flying back in 2009. At the time, this was considered futuristic and was regarded by many as technically impossible. Today, there are already the first certified electric aircraft that fly emission-free - and many manufacturers are working on their own projects in this area.
This year's edition of the e-flight-expo from April 22 to 25, 2026 offers a good opportunity to celebrate the industry's successes over the last decade and to find out about the wide range of innovative solutions and projects in electric flight.
