Arrivals and departures with your own aircraft at Bodensee Airport Friedrichshafen during the trade fair days from April, 14 to 17, 2027, require a slot booking. Helicopters also require a slot. Pre-registration will be online mid of February 2027. Registered users get access to the slot booking tool by mid of March 2027.

Visitors of AERO 2027 will also be able to attend the leading global trade fair for General Aviation in their own aircraft. A new, fair procedure for booking slots at the trade fair will simplify the reservation of arrival and departure slots.
AERO will take place in Friedrichshafen from April 14 - 17, 2027. Many trade fair attendees will be traveling to the anniversary trade fair in their own or chartered aircraft. Those responsible at the trade fair organizer fairnamic GmbH, Friedrichshafen Airport, Air Traffic Control and the security authorities have worked together to create more slots.
