Der AEROTOURS Technik Instandhaltungsbetrieb nach Teil 145 ist vor den Toren Berlins gelegen. Es können am Verkehrslandeplatz Strausberg ein- und mehrmotorige Flugzeuge und Motorsegler bis 5,7 Tonnen in Metall- und Gemischtbauweise gewartet werden. Die Werft ist am S-Bahnnetz Berlin angebunden.
