We aim to provide our exhibitors with a seamless and straightforward trade fair experience. Below, you'll find essential information to assist in your preparations.
Registration
Interested exhibitors can easily register online as an exhibitor for AERO Friedrichshafen 2026.
If an exhibitor does not participate after receiving the admission documents, they are obliged to pay a cancellation fee. Withdrawal from registration is free of charge until admission.
After approval, cancellation involves the following costs:
From 16 weeks before the start of the trade fair: 50% of the total invoice amount
From 12 weeks before the start of the trade fair: 80% of the total invoice amount
From 8 weeks before the start of the trade fair: 100% of the total invoice amount
In addition to the basic stand rental, participation in the trade fair incurs additional costs. These include:
- Waste fee of €2.30 per m² (maximum €280)
- AUMA contribution of €0.60 per m²
- Media flat rate of €260
- Electricity flat rate of €71
For aircraft exhibitors on the SD, an additional Aircraft Handling Fee of €300 per aircraft applies. Please also note: if a co-exhibitor is registered, a co-exhibitor fee of €450 applies. In addition, the media flat rate of €260 is also charged for the co-exhibitor.
Badges / Passes
Your ordered exhibitor and/or parking passes are available for download in the OSC download area once the stand rental invoice has been fully paid. Please note that parking passes require approval. In the OSC, parking passes can only be requested, allocation is subject to availability, as the number is limited.
Parking is free in the East and West trade fair parking areas.
Your exhibitor passes will be available for download in the OSC download area once the stand rental invoice has been fully paid. If the invoice has not been fully settled before the start of the trade fair, you will receive the exhibitor passes at the Project Management office in the East Foyer after full payment.
Each exhibitor receives free exhibitor passes according to the size of their stand, based on the following scale:
- Up to 10 m²: 2 passes
- 11 to 20 m²: 4 passes
- 21 to 30 m²: 6 passes
- 31 to 40 m²: 8 passes
- 41 to 50 m²: 10 passes
- 51 to 60 m²: 12 passes
- 61 to 70 m²: 14 passes
- From 71 m²: 15 passes
Yes, additional exhibitor and/or parking passes can be ordered through the OSC. Please note that additional parking passes can only be requested and are available in limited numbers.
During the trade fair, exhibitors have the opportunity to obtain additional exhibitor and parking passes at the Project Management office in the East Foyer. Please note that parking passes for on-site parking are only available subject to availability.
Set-up and Dismantling
The set‑up times for AERO Friedrichshafen 2026 as well as further information about build‑up can be found here.
An early set‑up (before April 15, 2026) is only possible with the approval of the project team.
Exhibitors of AERO 2026 can enter the exhibition grounds during set‑up and dismantling without access passes. However, for vehicles larger than passenger cars, a cash deposit of €200 is required upon entry. This deposit will be refunded when exiting on the same day.
Exhibitors in the A halls and the Static Display should enter through Gate A, while exhibitors in the B halls should use Gate B. On‑site signage will help you find your way.
Exhibitors generally have access to parking spaces for a fee directly next to the exhibition halls. Parking spaces must be ordered online through the Online Service Center (OSC). Please note that due to the very high demand for exhibitor parking on the grounds, a maximum of 2 parking spaces per exhibitor can be purchased.
Online Service Center (OSC):
Exhibitors receive their login credentials for the Online Service Center (OSC) by email along with their admission documents.
Exhibitors of AERO Friedrichshafen 2026 can edit their media entry online in the OSC. The media fee includes 1 entry in the exhibitor directory and 5 entries in the product directory.
- Log in to the Online Service Center (OSC) using your login credentials.
- Click on “Media Entries.”
- Fill out “Exhibitor Directory (mandatory entry)” and click “Complete” at the bottom right.
- Fill out “Product Directory (mandatory entry)” and click “Complete” at the bottom right.
- In the “Shopping Cart” at the bottom right, click “Submit Order.”
Exhibitors of AERO Friedrichshafen 2026 can upload their company logo in the Online Service Center (OSC).
- Log in to the Online Service Center (OSC) using your login credentials.
- Click on “Media Entries.”
- Click “Upload” in the menu bar.
- Under “Upload New File,” upload your company logo.
- Select “Logo in Hall Plan,” upload the logo under “Logo Upload,” and click “Complete.”
Arrival / Flight Arrival
Please note that when arriving with your own aircraft at Bodensee Airport Friedrichshafen (EDNY) during the trade fair, from Wednesday, April 22 to Saturday, April 25, 2026, a PPR (Prior Permission Required) system is in effect. Aircraft arriving without a slot may be denied entry. Before and after the trade fair, arrivals without a slot are permitted.
Slots can likely be booked from mid-March 2026 on the Friedrichshafen Airport website www.bodensee-airport.eu and at https://www.aero-expo.com/visit/travel/arrival-by-private-plane
No, exhibition aircraft arriving or departing before or after the trade fair do not require a slot! However, please note that the arrival must be registered with the project team. Further information can be found in the document “Special Instructions for Aircraft Exhibitors at AERO Friedrichshafen 2026.”
Stand Construction and Technical Services
Yes, stand construction packages are available and can be booked through the Online Service Center (OSC). Please note that stand rental is not included in the stand construction packages.
Stand furnishings such as tables, chairs, counters, etc., can be ordered online through the Online Service Center (OSC).
All orders related to your trade fair appearance should be submitted by March 4, 2026, at the latest; otherwise, late fees and delays during set-up may apply.
For all exhibition stands in Halls A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, and A6, the use of a floor covering is mandatory. For Halls B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, as well as the West and East Foyers, the use of a floor covering is recommended. Please note that the floor covering is not included in the participation fee but can be ordered through the OSC.

Please note that a staff member from your company must personally receive the delivery at the stand. Fairnamic GmbH and Messe Friedrichshafen do not have storage facilities and cannot accept deliveries. If you are not present when the delivery arrives, please arrange in advance with our shipping partner, Schenker, for storage of the packages. A fee will be charged for storage.

No, there is no separate exhibitor Wi‑Fi network on the exhibition grounds. Exhibitors who require a stable internet connection directly at their stand can book it through the Online Service Center (OSC).
Yes, stand parties after the trade fair closing hours must generally be registered with the project management. A corresponding application form is available in the OSC. Please note that hiring security personnel is mandatory for parties with 100 or more guests.
