About me
Holger Friehmelt, Dr.-Ing., studied aerospace engineering at the TU Braunschweig and the Georgia Institute of Technology. After working at DLR, NASA and EADS, he was Chief Engineer of the VECTOR programme and later headed the Aircraft Department at DLR. After around 13 years at RECARO Aircraft Seating, he is now Head of the Aviation Institute at FH JOANNEUM in Graz. His research focuses include UAS, decarbonisation and digitalisation.
