About me

Cécile joined Electra in January of 2021. She has been working in the flight physics team to design, build and test the tech demonstrator. She spent some time modeling our blown performance and co-authored “Impact of the propulsion modeling approach on high-lift force prediction of propeller-blown wings”. She also carried out the performance calculations of our demonstrator and is working on designing the best product. Cécile completed her master’s degree in aeronautical engineering at MIT in 2015. Her research, as part of the Gas Turbine lab, focused on aerodynamic benefit of boundary layer ingestion of the double-bubble D8 aircraft (NASA N+3 program).
