Ralph Müller is the CEO of H2FLY, a pioneer in hydrogen-electric aviation based in Stuttgart, Germany. With a mission to enable emission-free flight, Ralph oversees the company’s strategic growth and technology roadmap, transitioning hydrogen fuel cell propulsion from experimental milestones to scalable, commercially viable aircraft.

With over 20 years of international leadership experience, Ralph combines deep technical expertise in complex product engineering and manufacturing with a proven track record of building high‑performing organizations and driving sustainable business growth in global markets.

A lifelong aviation enthusiast and passionate glider pilot, Ralph believes in the potential of emission-free and accessible air mobility to connect people and shape the future of aviation. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
